Iusport website has published an article by Agustín Amorós regarding the recent decision by the Spanish Supreme Court on the controversial issue of the payment of 15% on the fee when a player is transferred abroad. The Supreme Court has confirmed that, in such cases, the Spanish club is the one responsible to pay such percentage to the footballer.
